According to a recent Deloitte study, women constitute one of US manufacturing’s largest pools of untapped talent. Women totaled about 47 percent of the US labor force in 2016, but only 29 percent of the manufacturing workforce. Hear from four female engineers from the San Antonio manufacturing community as they speak about their own experiences and give a perspective on what actions can be taken towards bridging the gender gap within the manufacturing field.
