Sandusky County Economic Development, CIFT: THINK Manufacturing Career Showcase

The THINK Manufacturing Career Showcase is a daylong event that offers instruction in skillsets that manufacturers stated that they were looking for in their employees. Over 800 9th Grade students will participate in industry ran hands on skill sets throughout the day. The seven skill sets that are featured include teamwork, problem solving/troubleshooting, continuous improvement/lean/quality, Employability/MFG Career Pathway, Machining trades/blueprint reading, mechanical/electrical trades, and robotics and automation.
