Virtual Event
Photonics, the study of light-based technology and other applications of optical science, is rapidly expanding. It is critical to the advancement of lasers, optical cables, autonomous cars, aviation, and many other innovative fields. But the supply of qualified photonics technicians is inadequate to fulfill industry hiring needs, particularly personnel involved in assembly, quality control, testing, repair and technical work. Please join us on October 2nd to learn more about this growing industry and our 15-month, part-time, evening photonics technician certificate program. See first-hand some of the skills and hands-on experience students will gain through this exciting program. The Advanced Manufacturing & Integrated Photonics (AMIP) Technician Certificate program is offered by the Stonehill-Bridgewater Partnership for Integrated Photonics in collaboration with MIT’s Knowledge and Innovation for Manufacturing Initiative.

How To Join This Event

On October 2nd we will offer two opportunities to learn more. At 11:00am and again at 2:30pm join us via Zoom for a live overview and Q and A.
