Novonesis and the Manufacturing Institute are partnering to bring the MFG Day 2025 flagship event to Franklinton, NC, where 250 tenth-grade students from the Franklin County Schools will be onsite.
Students will tour the campus, getting a behind-the-scenes look at state-of-the-art labs where scientists are developing and advancing biosolutions that are improving their local community as well as lives around the world. They'll get up-close with the production process and equipment used in manufacturing enzymes that are used to produce some of the most well-known products that kids, parents and pets all love! There will be hands-on activities and local education partners on-site, showing students the different pathways to pursue life-changing careers in biomanufacturing and biotechnology, right in their backyard!
