Celebrate innovation, community and tradition at the UNI 150th Anniversary & Homecoming Kickoff with the IWRC on Friday, October 3, 2025 from 3:00 p.m. 6:00 p.m. at the IWRC’s painter training facility in the Cedar Falls Industrial Park. This free event welcomes guests of all ages to enjoy an afternoon of food, drinks, entertainment, and hands-on activities. Experience live music, interactive demonstrations, games and giveaways while connecting with current and former IWRC staff and students. A short program with some big announcements begins at 5:00 p.m., so come early, bring your friends and family, and help us celebrate in style!
