Golden Aluminum

On Friday, October 3 between 10am to 2pm, Golden Aluminum will be celebrating Manufacturing Day (MFG Day) at our facility in Fort Lupton. This is an annual event designed to showcase the modern manufacturing industry and inspire the next generation of creators. Golden Aluminum has led the green revolution in the aluminum industry for more than 40 years where we use up to 75% recycled content in our products. We are the pioneering innovators in the Aluminum Sheet Coil Manufacturing Sector and a specialized supplier of aluminum goods to support food and beverage packaging, automotive, and building product industries. Through game-changing, energy-efficient proprietary flat-rolled aluminum technology, we curate new aluminum alloys ready to make our world a cleaner, better place for all. Recently, we were selected by the DOE to receive up to $22.3 million in investment supporting our Nexcast® Mini Mill and other breakthrough projects, which will steer the aluminum industry towards a greener, decarbonized future. As a part of the grant, we recently completed the installation of our state-of-the-art patented Caster and we are excited to show it off to everyone! By attending our MFG Day event, students will meet the individuals behind our products and see how their classroom learning applies in real-world scenarios. We're excited about the opportunity to introduce them to the diverse, rewarding careers in our industry. Our event will include guided plant tours, interaction with our operators, engineers and employees of all disciplines! Additionally, attendees will be treated to cookout favorites, New Zealand ice cream and an employee Auto Show!
