The Decatur Economic Development Corporation (EDC) is proud to announce Decatur Manufacturing Day 2025. The planning for the full-day event started in the Spring of 2025 and includes school bus schedules, meals, chairs, tables, drinks, photos, snacks, photos, tee shirts, and a new logo design. Plans to repeat 2024 manufacturing facilities include paint and powder manufacturing, helicopter manufacturing, aerospace chemical processing, aerospace research lab, manufacturing and distribution facility, and a silicon carbide manufacturing facility. The events targets CTE students, and includes Decatur High School BBQ Team & the Culinary Team, Journalism students and Audio Video students. It turns out that all of these groups participated in making Decatur Manufacturing Day 2024 a huge success.
