Join us for Manufacturing Day at Missouri S&T October 4th as we celebrate our strides in addressing the manufacturing skills gap, thanks to the MoExcels grant, in collaboration with East Central College and St. Charles Community College. This landmark project aims to introduce modern, workforce-aligned curriculum, provide hands-on experience with production-scale equipment, expand joint K-12 outreach programs, and launch new associate degrees and certification programs. Guided by Missouri manufacturers, this initiative ensures our education meets industry needs. At Manufacturing Day at Missouri S&T, we welcome speakers from our partner community colleges as well as industry experts who will talk about the future of workforce development, STEM education, and the technologies of advanced manufacturing. Then, take part in a tour of our lab space, led by our team of engineers, and learn more about the state-of-the-art equipment and the projects they are used for. Our day culminates by enjoying lunch while hearing our keynote speaker discuss more about the historic work being done with the MoExcels grant.
