MACNY, The Manufacturers Association

As part of a national effort, MACNY, The Manufacturers Association, and affiliate, Partners for Education & Business, Inc. (PEB) are leading a statewide Manufacturing Month initiative. Throughout the month, 14 companies across Central New York will open their doors to community leaders and over 600 local high school students and educators from regional school districts to experience manufacturing in action. During these events students will engage in tours and hands-on activities to spark an interest in manufacturing careers and learn about the many products made locally. Students will take part in design and assembly challenges, quality assurance testing, and have the opportunity to interact with product.
