Jackson County Industrial Development Corporation

The event will consist of nearly 200 students from the six Jackson County high schools gathering at Cummins Seymour Engine Plant in Seymour. After a welcome, they will rotate through four workshops: Life on a budget, communication is key, Jackson County grads and career development. Each workshop will be led by employees of other participating local industries, including Aisin USA Mfg. Inc., Lannett Co. Inc., Valeo and Pet Supplies Plus. In the afternoon, the students will be assigned to one of the companies, where they will have lunch, take a tour of the facility and participate in an activity.
