A manufacturing tour for local educators.The event will offer the Westmoreland County Forum for Workforce Development a venue for their monthly meeting and a manufacturing tour for attendees. The Forum's mission is to empower educators, employers, and the community to collaborate in engaging students and promoting a thriving regional economy. Attendees will include Westmoreland County school superintendents, principals, and counselors. During the tour, General Carbide seeks to showcase real-world applications of the STEM concepts students learn in the classroom.
