River Parishes Community College will be hosting an "Industry Career Exploration" from 9:00 am-2:00 pm to celebrate National Manufacturing Day on October 6th.
MFG Day is an initiative of the Manufacturing Institute, the workforce development and education affiliate of the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM). The MI builds, diversifies, and strengthens the modern manufacturing workforce with the goal of furthering individual opportunity, community prosperity, and a more competitive manufacturing industry.
We have been working in concert with the leadership of the MI and several local industry partners to create this event.
