Protolabs: Student MFG Day Event and 3DP Building Grand Opening

To celebrate MFG Day, we're hosting a student event and grand opening at our newest metal 3D printing facility in Morrisville, NC. The event will include presentations from internal experts on 3D printing, a facility tour of the new DMLS facility, and networking time with Protolabs 3DP leaders. This event is open to any local high school and college students; please register at the email address provided.

• 9 a.m.: As leaders of one of the largest 3D printing services in the nation, Kenny Capps, director of 3DP manufacturing operations, and Eric Utley, 3DP applications engineering manager, will discuss 3D printing’s emergence for prototyping and end-use production parts.

•11 a.m.: Final Q&A and networking opportunities with Protolabs 3DP leaders
