Raise the Bar Hancock County: Literacy + Manufacturing

Serving all 3rd graders and 3rd grade classrooms in Hancock County, Literacy and Manufacturing (Lit Man) connects literacy development with manufacturing concepts and Ohio's 3rd grade learning standards. This annual program exists because of generous sponsors throughout the Findlay-Hancock County community. Raise the Bar thanks its 2022-2023 sponsor, the Findlay Rotary Club, for its investment in the development of youth, with a particular emphasis on developing the early workforce readiness skills of problem solving, critical thinking, and literacy. All 800 3rd graders and 35 3rd-grade classrooms will receive a free book and classroom lesson that connects reading to manufacturing concepts.
