Bakers' Signs and Manufacturing: Sign Manufacturing Day 2022

Bakers' Signs & Manufacturing will be hosting its Annual Sign Manufacturing Day on Oct. 4th. Approximately 100 students from Caney Creek High School in Conroe, Texas will be in attendance and have the opportunity to visit with each department at our company. Bakers' Signs is a full service commercial sign company and one of the largest in the state of Texas. Our 50,000sq.ft. facility includes departments covering the spectrum in the manufacturing industry. These include sales, project management, permitting, engineering, design, printing, vinyl plotting and application, fabrication, machining, welding, painting, installation and more. The students will be separated into small groups for a brief visit to each department. They will then seek out a department of their choosing for a more in-depth presentation which will include hands-on participation in the departments duties. During the event, each department will be working on a different phase of a large custom logo sign which will be donated to the school at completion. The students will be able to admire some of their handiwork at their school when it is prominently installed for all to appreciate. Expanding on Sign Day, Bakers' Signs has begun work with local schools to help create training programs to give students employment opportunities after graduation. We are very excited about another Sign Manufacturing Day event and helping students find careers in the manufacturing industry.
