AGENDA: Jes Vargas, President DPMG & Butte College Continuous Improvement Trainer will facilitate an affinity diagramming exercise to organize a large volume of ideas, issues, or feedback into natural categories so patterns emerge, and priorities can be set.
Who are we?
A group of Manufacturer Employer Leaders gathering to create a platform to learn from each other, access resources, and work together to overcome common challenges.
What is our Purpose?
To foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and best practices among manufacturers to improve competitiveness and operational performance.

When: Quarterly, Friday’s 1:00pm-3:00pm
Roundtables “Issues to Solutions”
Possibly add a tour to match the topics selected and/or social
Where: Rotate Manufacturing facilities and/or Butte College Skyway Center
Will the content be relevant to my business and individual leadership challenges?
Yes—your input will be captured, and you will participate in the prioritization of the topics. Topics may include Lean/Continuous Improvement, Learning Systems, Supply Chain Operations, Food Safety, People Safety, and Regulatory/Legal compliance.
Who can join?
Manufacturers located in Butte and Glenn counties are welcome.
Are there guardrails?
Yes—to ensure open and honest exchange, guidelines on confidentiality, conflict of interest, and collaborative participation are in development and will require input from all members.
